البيانات المعالجة
لا يطلب InstaGet بيانات دخول إنستغرام. قد تعالج البنية بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP والمتصفح ووقت الطلب مؤقتًا في سجلات الأمان.
ذاكرة الروابط المؤقتة
نخزن روابط الوسائط مؤقتًا ونحذفها بعد انتهاء الصلاحية. تُسلّم الملفات مباشرة من شبكة المصدر ولا نخزنها دائمًا.
التواصل وتلغرام
تُستخدم بيانات التواصل للرد فقط. يخزن البوت معرّف تلغرام العام والبيانات اللازمة للحدود والمكافآت.
التحليلات والإعلانات
قد يعالج شركاء التحليلات والإعلانات ملفات الارتباط أو معرّفات الجهاز وفق سياساتهم ومتطلبات الموافقة.
Instagram Bot Usage
We may store an Instagram-scoped identifier associated with your interaction with the InstaGet Instagram messaging service. This identifier is used to operate download limits, prevent abuse, maintain service state, and support the Instagram-to-Telegram referral flow.
Data Retention
Instagram-scoped identifiers and bot state are retained while active and pruned after 180 days of inactivity. Webhook job logs containing public URLs are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Download reservations expire after 15 minutes, with completed records pruned after 7 days. Signed media links expire within 24 hours. Telegram referral attribution and analytics events are retained for 90 days for conversion reporting before automated pruning.
Data Deletion
To request immediate deletion of your Instagram-scoped identifier, Telegram ID, and all associated usage records, contact [email protected]. Once verified, your identifier and related attribution records will be permanently erased from our active database within 30 days.
